Job summary

The Renewed Wellness Center in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will work with individuals and families to develop integrated care plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

As part of a collaborative, patient-centered team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat diverse client needs, using evidence-based approaches while ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have LCSW credential and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with mental health populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans within a community health setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly engage with clients in office or community settings, assessing psychological needs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service delivery.
• Conduct mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments.
• Design and implement integrated care plans and linked services.
• Deliver prevention, treatment, and recovery services and monitor progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and urgent support when needed.
• Maintain documentation and reports to ensure compliance and quality.
• Participate in on-call coverage and contribute to quality improvement.
