You’ll review client offers, decide whether to accept, and run sessions with full professional discretion. STXZ handles client matching, payments, and platform support, while coaches maintain control of training methods.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level or playing experience at related levels.
• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check as arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, aids).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers sent by STXZ.
• Contact the client within 24 hours to schedule the session.
• Run the session with your own drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Get paid for each completed session.
