Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Madison area to provide private lacrosse lessons on a flexible schedule. We source clients, handle administration, and you conduct the sessions at locations of your choice.

Coaches set their own hours and locations. Expect $35–$50 per one-hour session, paid after each lesson. A 1099-NEC may be issued at year end if you earn $2,000+ through the platform.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level or playing experience at varsity/college/pro level
• 18 years or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ before receiving full client details
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, training aids)
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
• Professional and confident when working independently with families and youth athletes

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers sent by STXZ
• Contact the client within 24 hours to schedule sessions
• Deliver private lacrosse coaching sessions at agreed locations
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session
• Receive payment after each session; maintain professional standards
