STXZ Lacrosse is a technology platform that connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach. If you have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule, this is for you.

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. Work when you want and pause your availability anytime.

Qualifications

• Lacrosse coaching or playing experience at youth, high school, college or club level.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline within 24 hours.
• Deliver lacrosse coaching sessions at agreed locations (home, field, park) in your area.
• Run sessions with your own drills, pacing, and teaching style.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the platform after each session.
• Set your schedule and travel radius and manage equipment for sessions.
