Most lessons occur weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You control methods, territory, and approach, with STXZ handling client acquisition, payments, and support.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Own equipment and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept or decline client offers as they come.
• Conduct the session with drills, pacing, and teaching style you choose.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Get paid per completed session, with payments processed after each lesson.
