STXZ covers client acquisition and administrative tasks. Earn $35–$50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Willing to work as an independent contractor and handle own taxes.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions as scheduled by clients via STXZ.
• Review and complete a brief lesson briefing after each session.
• Communicate with families and coordinate locations for sessions.
