STXZ Lacrosse connects independent lacrosse coaches with families in the Washington area for private lessons. Coaches control their schedule, methods, and travel radius, while STXZ handles client acquisition and billing.

Sessions are paid per completed lesson, with payouts within 24–48 hours via PayPal. Coaches are independent contractors; the platform offers liability coverage and a $30 annual program fee, recoverable from the first payout.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own basic training equipment (cones, balls, sticks).
• Engaged as an independent contractor through the STXZ platform.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline without penalties.
• Schedule sessions with clients at agreed locations.
• Run the lacrosse session using your drills and teaching style.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Get paid promptly per completed session.
