STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent coaches in the Alexandria area. You run the sessions on your schedule while STXZ handles clients, logistics, and payments. There are no quotas and you set your own pace.

When a client offer arrives, you decide to accept and coordinate the session location. You’re paid a flat rate per one-hour lesson, typically via PayPal, with 1099-NEC at year end if earnings meet threshold. Coaching remains your own business.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college levels.
• Independence to schedule and manage sessions without quotas.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline.
• Coordinate session location with families and run sessions.
• Submit a brief lesson summary after each session.
• Manage your own schedule and transportation.
• Provide professional coaching and maintain client communication.
