Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches across the United States. You will coach on your own schedule in the Springfield area, covering client requests STXZ cannot currently fill. The platform handles client offers, and you keep control of drills, pacing, and session structure.

Coaches review offers, schedule sessions, and are paid per completed session. STXZ provides liability coverage with a platform option and supports the independent contractor model for coaching

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers sent via STXZ.
• Schedule sessions with clients and choose location (home, field, park).
• Run the lacrosse sessions with drills and structure at your own discretion.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Get paid per completed session and manage your own availability.
