Sessions are paid per completed lesson, with payouts within 24–48 hours via PayPal. Coaches are independent contractors, responsible for taxes, and the platform provides client acquisition and billing support.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to complete a background check arranged by STXZ.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline sessions.
• Run the lessons with drills, pacing, and structure as you see fit.
• Communicate with clients to arrange scheduling and locations.
• Submit a brief lesson summary on the STXZ platform after each session.
• Receive payment for completed sessions.
