You review offers, choose your sessions, and coach on your terms. Sessions are paid per completed lesson, with payouts via PayPal within 24–48 hours and no upfront costs. Coaches remain independent contractors with control over location and pace.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth/high school/club/college levels or playing experience at varsity/club/college/pro level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ before full client details are shared.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment (cones, balls, etc.).
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline within the platform.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of receiving an offer.
• Run the session at your own pace, drills, and teaching style.
• Submit a brief lesson recap on the platform after each session.
• Respond to client needs and provide coaching services on your terms.
