Qualifications

• Experience in sales with a focus on building relationships with business clients.
• Ability to conduct in-person benefit presentations and guide enrollment decisions.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life licensing within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM
• Expand territory through referrals and networking
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory
