Job summary

Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to serve educators with a broad insurance and financial services portfolio. The role emphasizes personalized client solutions, strong relationship-building, and market access through events and networking.

Training will equip you with product knowledge across Life, Health, Property, and Casualty lines. You’ll operate in a performance-based 1099 framework with incentives and a support team to assist client service efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in insurance and financial services preferred.
• Possess or obtain Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (Life, Health, Property & Casualty).
• Able to gain FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Be dedicated to solving educators' financial challenges.
• Excel at gaining market access and building relationships.
• Present information to potential customers one-on-one and in large groups.
