Horace Mann Educators Corporation is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators access affordable insurance and financial services. You will build a network, present a comprehensive multiline product portfolio, and develop a successful agency with dedicated support and specialized training.

The role emphasizes market access, relationship-building, and active participation in community and industry events to drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions to help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with clients and groups.
• Confidently present products to both groups and individuals.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow the business.
