Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to empower educators by delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and financial planning. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a nationwide network to build strong client relationships and grow your agency on a 1099 compensation model.

You will work to identify opportunities, present tailored products to groups and individuals, and participate in market-building activities and events to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
