Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio to grow a personal agency within an exclusive territory.

The role emphasizes networking, relationship-building, and presenting products to individuals and groups, with performance-based incentives and ongoing training to support your business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
