Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Agents to expand its education-focused financial solutions. You will identify clients, present insurance and financial products, and build a robust network while leveraging cutting-edge technology and a dedicated Premier Service Representative.

This role offers a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation structure with a 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives, and access to a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to serve educators

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Focus on market access and building strong relationships.
