Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable coverage and financial security. You will operate with a 1099 compensation model in an exclusive territory, building client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
