Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance and financial planning. You’ll work to build relationships, present multiline product options, and leverage cutting-edge technology to grow your independent agency.

You will operate in a niche market with a 48-month incentive package, earning incentives tied to performance, and no external office requirement for 2 years.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Licenses as indicated in the requirements (Life & Health, P&C, FINRA where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with clients and groups.
• Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
• Engage in networking, community, and industry events.
