Job summary

Hope for Justice in Jackson, TN, is seeking an Independent Human Trafficking Advocate & Outreach Specialist to join our West Tennessee team. This hybrid role focuses on outreach with local organizations, NGOs and vulnerable communities to build partnerships and deliver care within a trauma‑informed framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with diverse needs and complex advocacy.
• Proactively seek networking opportunities with stakeholders combatting trafficking.
• Collaborate with community leaders, faith-based groups, law enforcement and NGOs.
• Identify survivors within communities and strategize outreach models.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with support services to meet safety needs.
• Inform victims of available support and empower them with rights and entitlements.
• Facilitate referrals to housing, legal, immigration and health services.
