Job summary

Life Span seeks a Human Trafficking Project Coordinator to lead anti-trafficking initiatives, develop strategies, coordinate partnerships, and provide survivor-centered support. The role also involves outreach, education, and securing resources, with hybrid-remote work based in Chicago, IL.

Eligible candidates will have a background in social work or related field, experience in anti-trafficking services, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Prior experience in providing anti–trafficking services.
• Prior experience in social work, victim advocacy, program coordination, or case management with trauma survivors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate anti-human trafficking programming, help develop project goals and strategies, and ensure implementation of activities.
• Coordinate direct services, case management, advocacy, and crisis intervention for human trafficking survivors.
• Supervise project staff and lead HT project staff meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, law enforcement, and service providers to create a coordinated response.
• Conduct education and training on human trafficking and the project.
