Heartland Family Service in Omaha is seeking a Labor Trafficking Outreach Coordinator to lead expansion initiatives within the labor trafficking program. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build inclusive practices for survivors and strengthen program structure.

The role focuses on advocacy, safety, trauma recovery, and ongoing support for survivors, while developing a diverse steering committee and ensuring quality assurance and compliance across the project.

Formación

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years’ experience in social services or related field.
• Experience in supervision and service delivery.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations for the labor trafficking expansion project.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program structure.
• Develop inclusive practices for labor trafficking survivors.
• Assist with training, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Advocate on survivors’ behalf with government and nonprofit partners.
• Provide services addressing safety, trauma recovery, and ongoing support.
