Job summary

ARIN HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Columbus, OH. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred), knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio.
Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation.
CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients.
Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing treatments in the home setting.
Monitor and evaluate patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and agency standards.
Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting.
