Job summary

ARIN HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Columbus, OH. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

Requirements include an active Ohio RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred), knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients.
• Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing treatments in the home setting.
• Monitor and evaluate patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and agency standards.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting.
