FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health services in the Oroville area. This independent contractor role involves assessing functionality, ADLs, and home safety, then creating and executing treatment plans to improve patient wellbeing.

You will work with adults of all ages, coordinating with the health care team and coaching patients and families in therapy activities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• OT license and state registration required.
• Completion of an accredited OT program.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient care needs related to ADLs, fine motor skills, and home safety.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; perform interventions to improve wellbeing.
• Evaluate patient progress over time.
• Lead patients in therapeutic activities and educate caregivers.
• Coordinate with health care team to align plan of care.
