Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver premier home health care in the Oroville area. This Independent Contractor role focuses on assessing patient needs, planning treatment, and implementing interventions to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability across adults of all ages.

You will develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Qualifications
