Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality home health services in the Olivehurst area. The ideal candidate will assess functional status, ADLs, fine motor skills, and safety in the patient’s home, then create and execute a personalized treatment plan tailored to adults of all ages.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the opportunity to write off expenses.

Qualifications

• OT license and state registration required.
• Completion of an accredited OT program.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for patient-family communication.
• Ability to work independently in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional status, ADLs, and home safety needs.
• Develop and implement a personalized OT plan of care.
• Administer OT interventions and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and care teams on therapy techniques.
• Coordinate with the health-care team to ensure quality care.
