Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in Oregon.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable transit.
• CPR certification preferred or to be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the supervising OT's treatment plan.
• Instruct patients and families in therapy within OTA scope.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment to nurse supervisor/physician.
• Document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Provide therapy in home settings regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition.
