Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing occupational therapy in home care and the treatment plan defined by the supervising OT.
• Follow the plan of care and assist patients with evidence-based treatment within scope and state laws.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes to the nurse supervisor and physician.
