Job summary

Qualifications

• Current OTA licensure in practice state.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification is preferred or can be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervise plan of care for OT services.
• Instruct and assist patients with evidence-based therapy within OTA scope.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
