Job summary

EXL Service Holdings, Inc. is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform high value residential insurance surveys from home or a local office in the Philadelphia region.

You would schedule and conduct site-based or virtual property surveys within a roughly 70-mile territory, coordinating reports online and using web-based client forms. Ideal candidates have real estate, insurance, inspection or appraisal experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, insurance, inspection, construction or appraising is a plus.
• A 15 hour online training course can get you certified.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct site-based and virtual high value home surveys for homeowners’ insurance.
• Coordinate and complete surveys within your own schedule and web-based reports.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents by phone, email or in person.
• Identify construction materials/characteristics and unique features of homes.
• Obtain measurements and generate an estimated replacement value.
