Job summary

MedScope is seeking a Field Technician/Installer to perform delivery, installation and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes. You will coordinate with members and caregivers and ensure installations meet SLA timelines.

Role is a 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling and quick-install workflows. Travel to member homes is required; prior installation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Vehicle and valid driver’s license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
Willing to complete background checks and training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working email address, smartphone with voicemail and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently.
Commitment to meeting/exceeding service level requirements.
Field technician, cable/alarm installation experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
