Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking a Field Technician/Installer for a 1099 independent contractor role. You will travel to member homes to install, test, and educate on PERS devices, coordinating with clients and caregivers.

Set your own schedule; most installations are quick. Complete paperwork via DocuSign and follow safety protocols. Background checks and training are required, with a focus on reliable, SLA-driven service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and signatures via DocuSign.
