Job summary

Right Coast Medical is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our Florida Destin territory and build strong provider relationships. This field-based role emphasizes delivering non-opioid recovery solutions and in-home device delivery to patients.

You will educate clinicians, conduct product demonstrations, and manage your territory with ownership, autonomy, and a focus on long-term patient outcomes. A commission-based, 1099 arrangement drives performance.

At Right Coast Medical, we help patients recover through non-opioid medical devices designed to reduce pain, swelling, narcotic use, and recovery time.

We are growing nationwide and looking for driven Territory Sales Managers to build relationships, grow territories, and help patients every day.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on:

• Territory growth
• Provider relationship management
• In-home patient support and device delivery

You are not simply selling products. You are helping providers improve patient outcomes without relying on opioids.

What You’ll LOVE Doing

• Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
• Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
• Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions
• Conducting lunch-and-learns and in-office product demonstrations
• Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
• Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service

Compensation

This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.

Typical earnings range from: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
• Frequent driving and local travel
• Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments
