Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking inspector applicants qualified to work in the USA with direct experience performing commercial loss control inspections. Responsibilities include scheduling, property inspection of utilities and life-safety systems, and detailed reporting online with Rapid Sketch photos.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to work in the USA with direct experience completing commercial line inspections.
• Familiarity with commercial property & casualty lines: property, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Comfortable completing reports online and uploading documents.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews for inspection requirements.
• Schedules the inspection appointment with the Insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects the property for potential issues or hazards pertaining to utilities/building systems, common areas, maintenance, protections, and life safety; takes 20–35 exterior/interior photos; takes measurements as needed.
• Interviews the Insured for operations information and ages of building systems.
• Communicates inspection status through the online application.
• Completes the inspection report on the Loss Control 360 system with Rapid Sketch and returns the completed report electronically.
