Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking an experienced Loss Control Inspector to conduct commercial property inspections as an independent contractor in the USA. You will review assignments, schedule inspections with insured, and perform on-site inspections focusing on utilities, building systems, and life safety.

You will document findings through an online reporting system (Loss Control 360) and Rapid Sketch, taking 20-35 exterior/interior photos as needed.

Qualifications

Qualified to work in the USA with direct experience in commercial loss control inspections.
Experience with commercial property casualty lines (property, general liability, workers' compensation).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with clear written communication.
Experience completing reports online and uploading documents.

Responsibilities

Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
Schedule inspections with insured via phone, email or text.
Inspect properties for utilities, building systems, and safety aspects; photograph as required.
Interview insured for operations information and system ages.
Submit inspection reports via Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
