Altitude Group in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage business owners and decision-makers in a defined territory. You will present our supplemental insurance products, build relationships, and manage your own schedule while traveling to client sites.

This role rewards independence with commission eligibility, weekly pay draws, and ongoing training. A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience is preferred, and licensing in Health & Life or

Responsabilidades

• Outside sales in a defined territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Set follow-up appointments, manage a personal book of business, and hit monthly quotas.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily; coordinate with sales manager on targets.
• Set your own schedule and travel to client sites to maximize opportunities.
