Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking qualified inspectors to perform commercial loss control inspections across assigned properties in the United States. Inspectors review requirements, schedule appointments, and perform detailed field inspections including photos, measurements, and interviews with insureds.

Reports are submitted online via Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch. Preferred candidates have 3–5 years in commercial loss control, knowledge of property, GL, WC lines, and the

Qualifications

• Experience completing commercial line inspections.
• 3–5 years of loss control inspections.
• Knowledge of commercial property and casualty lines: property, GL, and WC.
• Ability to travel ~50 miles radius.
• Comfortable reporting online.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignments electronically and reviews inspection requirements.
• Schedules inspection appointments by phone, email, or text.
• Inspects property for hazards related to utilities/systems, common areas, maintenance and life safety.
• Interviews insured for operations info and ages of building systems.
• Communicates inspection status via online application.
• Completes inspection reports on Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and returns reports electronically.
