As a 1099 contractor, you will travel to properties, discuss the inspection with homeowners, take app-guided photos, and answer questions through our mobile app. You control scheduling and deliver professional service to clients with reliability.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status required.
• Willingness to travel to Covington, WA properties.
• Ability to work outdoors with irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to perform exterior inspections (and occasional interior).
• Explain the inspection to homeowners in a brief, professional conversation.
• Capture app-guided photos and answer property questions via the mobile web app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos when needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections in advance.
• Provide accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
