Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Bellingham, WA to perform residential property inspections on a per-inspection basis. You’ll travel to assigned properties, discuss the process with homeowners, capture photos using an app, and schedule interior and exterior inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with ability to set own schedule.
• Willing to travel to properties in Bellingham, WA.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
