As a 1099 contractor, you will travel to properties, discuss the inspection with homeowners, take app-guided photos, and answer questions through our mobile app. You control scheduling and deliver professional service to clients with reliability.

The Gig

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections


• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection

• Deliver accurate, on‑time, professional service with clear communication
