Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated, detail-oriented independent contractors in Astoria, OR to perform residential property inspections on a flexible schedule. The role is a 1099 Independent Contractor who travels to properties, conducts exterior inspections (and occasional interior), and uses a mobile app to document findings.

You set your own hours, build your own route, and are paid per completed inspection on a monthly basis; typical work window is 8am–sunset, Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status; you are responsible for your own business setup.
• Own route, schedule, and equipment; you control workload and timing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections (occasional interior).
• Talk with homeowners to explain the inspection and expectations.
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions via the mobile web app.
• Use a camera pole for roof photos where needed.
• Schedule interior/high-value inspections at your convenience.
