Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated property inspectors to conduct residential inspections in the Chattanooga area. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you set your own hours, build a route, and are paid per inspection.

Outdoor work and client interactions are common, with occasional interior inspections. Inspectors travel to properties, take photos using a camera pole, and complete app-guided questionnaires.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with choice of schedule and routes.
• Comfortable working outdoors and unsupervised settings.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior inspections (and some interior).
• Explain the inspection process briefly to homeowners.
• Take app-guided photos and answer questions in the mobile app.
