Travel to properties, interact with homeowners, capture photos with our mobile app, and schedule interior inspections as needed. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with a flexible schedule, outdoor work, and the ability to leverage your own team if you have them.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
