Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking motivated independent contractors in Price, UT to perform residential property inspections. You will travel to properties, conduct exterior and occasional interior inspections, and explain the process to homeowners. Use mobile tools to capture photos and answer questions, and manage your own schedule with flexible hours.

As a 1099 contractor, you set your own route and independence. Compensation is paid per inspection with monthly payouts, and work window generally 8am to

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete exterior (and occasional interior) property underwriting inspections
• Have a brief, professional conversation with homeowners to explain the inspection
• Take app-guided photos and answer property questions through our mobile web application
• Use a camera pole for roof photos
• Schedule your own appointments in advance for interior/high-value inspections
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
