Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking flexible inspectors to visit residential construction sites on a part-time, contract basis. You’ll capture interior and exterior progress photos using the Pruvan mobile app and report them to the team.

Work is project-based with 24–48 hour turn times and the option to choose your own hours. Ideal for retirees, students, or those seeking additional income; no prior experience required, but reliable transportation and basic construction awareness help.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule; inspections assigned as needed with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) with Pruvan app; devices no more than 5 years old.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the Pruvan app to provide a general overview of on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required, just photo documentation.
