Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to document progress at residential sites using the Pruvan app. You will take interior and exterior photos, ensure timely submission, and coordinate scheduling with project teams.

The role offers a contract-based, flexible schedule with a focus on independent fieldwork, suitable for individuals who prefer intermittent inspections and remote coordination.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling with 24–48 hours notice for inspections.
• Reliable transportation to visit multiple sites.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction preferred.
• PPE gear including closed-toe shoes, long pants and safety vest is required.
• Device must be a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the Pruvan app for a general on-site progress view.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
