NWM Risk Management partners with banks and lenders to monitor construction project progress. Inspectors visit sites, capture on-site progress with photos using a mobile app, and submit them for report generation. This flexible, contract-based role offers independence and the chance to stay active while earning supplemental income.

Training is minimal and you’ll work on various residential projects. A vehicle and a compatible smartphone or tablet are required, with PPE gear for safety.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule: 24–48 hours notice for inspections.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties assigned through the app to document on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
