Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to visit residential construction sites, photograph progress, and submit images via our mobile app. The role is flexible, part-time, and project-based, with inspections assigned as they become available and typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Applicants need reliable transportation and a recent smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app, PPE (closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest), and the ability to work independently within a 25‑mile

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites and photograph interiors/exteriors.
• Submit photos through the app for the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing required; photo documentation only.
