Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking part-time, contract inspectors to document residential construction progress with photos via the Pruvan app. You will visit sites within a 25-mile radius of the job location, capture on-site progress, and submit photos to the reporting team.

Flexible hours, no prior experience required, and independent work style are a fit. As a contractor, you’ll receive a flat-rate payment per project, with payments processed after photos are approved.

Qualifications

• Live within 25 miles of the job location.
• No prior experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app for a general on-site progress overview.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
